Job Description
Responsibilities
Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Managing monthly employee payroll, including reimbursement, medical insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan), income tax (PPh 21), as well as calculating commissions and allowances.
Managing comprehensive HR documentation, encompassing employment contracts (PKWT), employee databases, entry and exit documents, warning letters,
Conducting training sessions for new employees.
Handling various operational activities within the company, including procurement, payment of routine expenses, and asset maintenance.
Supervising the team responsible for updating the company website.
Requirements
Proficient in English both Oral and Written
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs management
Fast learner, good communication and interpersonal skill
Maximum 30 years old
