STORE MANAGER

Store Manager is responsible for leading the overall store operations to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer experience, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure team performance. This role oversees store daily activities, manages staff, controls inventory, and ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store activities and ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual standards.

Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily closing.

Drive sales to meet monthly and annual targets.

Monitor store KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT).

Manage scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.

Reduce shrinkage and protect store assets.
