Quality Control Supervisor - Fintech

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

QC Supervisor

to lead our Quality Control function and ensure operational excellence across our fintech operations. This role will oversee quality monitoring processes, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and manage the QC team to ensure high-quality performance across collection / customer handling processes. Conduct quality monitoring, scoring, and regular calibration sessions to maintain evaluation accuracy and consistency. Ensure all operational activities comply with internal SOPs and external regulations (OJK & AFPI). Analyze QC trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve team performance. Develop and maintain QC reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with clear performance metrics and recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Training teams to enhance service quality. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans for team members. Continuously review and improve QC frameworks, scoring guidelines, and monitoring standards. Bachelor’s degree from any major. 2–4 years of experience in QC/QA, with minimum 1 year in a supervisory role (fintech / BNPL / collection industry preferred). Strong understanding of SOPs, OJK/AFPI regulations, and customer communication standards. Hands-on experience in quality monitoring, scoring, calibration, and root cause analysis. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coaching a QC team. Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
