We are looking for Health Club & Spa Manager As an Health Club & Spa Manager we rely on you to: Drive revenue through innovative service offerings, membership programs, and upselling opportunities while ensuring cost control and budget adherence. Ensure a smooth, efficient daily operation in the Health Club & Spa Manage the hotel recreation activities and provide superior sevices to guests and ensure pleasant guest experiences Supervise team members and provide training to team members when nessary Maximize revenue and maintain a positive customer relationship feedback on performance of Provide feedbacks to team members for staff evaluation and reward purposes

We Are Looking For Someone Who Takes pride in being a hotelier and enjoys interacting with people Committed to serving guest of the highest qulity with a welcoming manner Communicates fluently in English as well as the local language Has experience in an international 5* hotel would be advantageous Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader Has a strong performance management skill Loves to be creative with an eye for details Neat and pleasant appearance, Good Health Has passion/background in health club, spa and recreational activity Goal oriented/ revenue oriented.
