IT Change Management

Job Summary The Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transitions for organizational projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement change strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies to support project objectives.

Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by changes.

Design and implement communication plans to inform and engage employees.

Create and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills required for new processes and tools.

Monitor and evaluate change adoption through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

Provide coaching to leaders and managers on change management principles and practices.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Identify and address resistance, providing tailored interventions to ensure successful transitions.

Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating project status, findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years in change management, organizational development, or related fields.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related discipline.

Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Change Management software (preferred).

Experience with project management software and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Experience in Multi‑Finance company will be an added advantage.

Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is an advantage.
