URGENTLY HIRING Job Responsibilities Create various types of content relevant to the company, including reels, photo posts, videos, and other digital materials. Build, manage, and maintain the company’s social media accounts. Promote the company’s products or services through content creation and live streaming. Develop creative and strategic content ideas with strong viral potential across all company social media platforms. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Qualifications Minimum education of Associate Degree (D3) in Marketing, Communication, or other related fields. Friendly personality, highly initiative-driven, strongly motivated, well-groomed, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera. Proven experience in managing corporate social media accounts. Up-to-date with trends and algorithms on TikTok and other social media platforms. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Excellent time management skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines and targets effectively.

Note: Willing to work on site at the company’s Head Office in Tangerang.
