Job Summary We are looking for a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to support our growing fintech business. The ideal candidate has

2–3 years of recruitment experience , preferably from a

fintech, technology company, or headhunting firm , and is comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunters, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/user interviews.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for tech and non‑tech roles.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring progress regularly.

Support employer branding and recruitment‑related initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum

2–3 years of experience

in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Preferred background

from fintech, technology companies, or recruitment agencies/headhunters.

Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English

(spoken and written).

Mandarin-speaking is a strong advantage .

Familiar with hiring for technology, product, or business roles is a plus.

Comfortable working in a

fast‑paced startup environment .

Willing and comfortable to work

onsite in Tangerang .

Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for fintech, startup, or digital business roles.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
