Job Description

Job Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of HR, recruiting, payroll administration, leave administration, staff welfare, industrial relations, performance management, and other adhoc project duties.

Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to human relations such as the Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act.

To liaise with government authorities IR Department, Labor Department.

Supervise and administer the HR administrative functions, ensuring that it is according to the approved HR Policies & Procedures, i.e. claims verification, leave administration, and all other admin matters.

Ensures that all records/data are correctly recorded and kept updated relating to new hires, salary changes, promotions, transfer and resignation.

To provide information for renewal/update/change of coverage for all related group insurance.

Ensure that all processes, procedures and activities necessary to the administration of employee benefits like medical insurance claims, enrollment of insurance etc.

Facilitate performance management processes & calibration, i.e., letter of offer, staff confirmation, promotion, year end performance review.

Handle queries from employees in relation to HR/payroll related matters, i.e., staff discipline issues & etc.

To coordinate, supervise and monitor the work of all subordinates to ensure good staff morale and disciplines.

Attend to staff discipline issues.

To resolve grievances & conflicts amicably.

To handle any Industrial Relation matters pertaining to the subordinate & supervisory staff at the club level, i.e., conduct Domestic Inquiry.

To support any other ad‑hoc work/duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Payroll.

Experience in handling full spectrum of HR operations including payroll, HR administration, and recruitment.

Good understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/Payroll systems.

Good communication and coordination skills, including handling employee queries, disciplinary matters.

Detail‑oriented, reliable, able to work under tight deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
