Responsibilities
Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan terkait pengiriman, tarif, jadwal, dan status barang
Memberikan update tracking pengiriman secara akurat dan tepat waktu
Menerima dan memproses order pengiriman dari pelanggan
Menangani komplain pelanggan terkait keterlambatan, kehilangan, atau kerusakan barang
Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, gudang, dan pihak ekspedisi
Memastikan data pengiriman, dokumen, dan invoice tercatat dengan rapi
