IT Manager

We are a bag manufacturing company located at Jepara, Central Java. Established in 2014, and now we are growing with about 10,000 employees (2 Factory) and we are building the third factory next year. We set up a production & quality system to meet buyer requirements, that's why our branded buyer gives credence to us. Unity, consistency and improvement bring us to reach our goal.

IT Manager Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Work Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the IT field

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader

Proven experience leading IT teams and managing technology or system implementation projects within labor-intensive industries

Technical Competencies

Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, and cloud systems)

Solid understanding of IT security and data protection practices

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP or Oracle ERP).

Managerial & Soft Skills

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term IT plans

Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and senior management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
