Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Surabaya. The Human Resources Specialist will handle key responsibilities such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel records. The role includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations. They will serve as the primary point of contact for employees in resolving HR-related queries and enhancing workplace well-being and performance.

Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) policies, practices, and industry standards Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management Knowledge of Employee Benefits and designing effective benefits programs Familiarity with labor regulations and legal compliance standards Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
