Technical Trainee

to help us take service operation to the next level. Your main tasks and responsibilities:

To provide support in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors) while undergoing structured training to develop technical expertise and industry knowledge. Participate in structured training programs on rotating equipment repair and maintenance. Learn company standards, safety procedures, and quality control systems. Assist senior engineers/technicians in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Support in disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of rotating equipment under supervision. Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and work orders. Help maintain workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Provide support during mobilization, execution, and testing phases of repair projects. Assist in site activities including equipment installation, commissioning, and client demonstrations. What you bring to Sulzer:

Fresh graduate from reputable university or have minimum 1-2 years experience. Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Material Science. Fluent in English both spoken and written. Highly motivated, loyal and can work under pressure. Strong leadership and good personality. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
