Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lombok for an NGO team member at „The Happy HeatBeat“ NGO/Yayasan in Lombok. The role involves planning and coordinating community-focused initiatives (we are looking for land to buy and build a schoold, a small med clinic and accomodation for orphanes. Further we will offer support for women in jail for drug dependency), building relationships with local stakeholders, organizing events and workshops, and ensuring smooth project execution. The team member will also assist in preparing reports and ensuring alignment with NGO objectives and goals to positively impact the community.

Qualifications

Community engagement and project management skills Event planning, coordination, and organizational skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations Proficiency in written and spoken English; familiarity with local language(s) is a plus Passion for social work, community development, and NGO activities Experience in similar roles or projects is beneficial Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields
