Job Opportunity: Sales Trainer (Contract) Client:

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Sales Trainer

to deliver a structured 6-month training program for sales trainees in the FMCG sector. The program includes

qualification stages every 2 months , ensuring participants meet progressive competency standards aligned with GT & MT execution.

Key Responsibilities Assessment & Qualification Conduct

qualification checkpoints at Month 2, Month 4, and Month 6

with clear rubrics (knowledge, skills, and field performance).

Provide data-driven progress reports and individualized development plans.

Field Coaching (GT & MT) Accompany trainees on market visits to practice distribution, planogram compliance, sell-out techniques, and promo execution.

Reinforce trade fundamentals: coverage, call productivity, order-taking, and relationship building.

Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, role plays, and on-the-job coaching in target cities.

Basic Call Procedure ( Steps of the Call), Persuasive Selling dan Handling Objection

Performance Management Track KPIs (conversion rate, call productivity, distribution breadth, promo compliance) and recommend corrective actions.

Partner with client sales leaders to align training outcomes with territory goals.

Administration: ensuring all teams follow mandatory generic administration drumbeat.

Candidate Qualifications Mandatory

Sales background at least 5 years experienced as ASM (Area Sales Manager) level in FMCG.

Passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring the younger generation.

Preferred

Prior experience training/leading GT or MT teams.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Personal Care & F&B categories, and trade execution standards.

Duration:

6 months (renewal every 2 months)

Schedule:

Hybrid classroom + field coaching; travel across designated provinces as needed

Reporting:

Daily Journal monitoring, Dashboard monitoring, Weekly training reports; qualification reports at Month 2/4/6
