About the role At PT Central Elektrindo Mandiri, we are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Support professional to join our team. This full-time role based in North Jakarta will be instrumental in providing administrative and sales support to our growing business. As a Sales Support specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and preparing sales presentations

Handling incoming sales inquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales representatives

Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Assisting with the preparation of sales contracts and other sales-related documentation

Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phones and managing office supplies

What we’re looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Customer service or sales support experience in a similar industry

A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving

Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
