to lead its business in Indonesia. This role carries full country ownership, combining

commercial strategy, operational execution, and people leadership

to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Commercial & P&L Leadership Own and deliver country-level revenue, profitability, and growth targets Develop and execute strategic expansion plans across multiple channels and business lines Build strategic partnerships to accelerate market coverage and scale Operational Performance Ensure efficient operations with strong utilisation, service quality, and customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvement through operational innovation and performance optimisation People Leadership Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and business development Set clear KPIs and drive accountability through data-driven management Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the senior market representative, building strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in a

country leadership / general management role Strong commercial track record with

full P&L responsibility Demonstrated ability to drive consistent revenue and profit growth Experience scaling a business or managing multi-site / multi-city operations Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Highly organised, resilient, and execution-focused
