is an Indonesian educational consultancy company that provides comprehensive services for students who wish to study abroad, including academic consultation, university and major selection, application assistance, visa processing, English preparation courses, and ongoing support from pre-departure orientation until students successfully arrive at their chosen campus in countries such as Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Leader / Sales Manager!

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of education by helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 sales staff to achieve and exceed targets.

Design and implement effective sales systems, processes, and workflows.

Drive lead generation across B2C (students), B2B (schools, universities, companies), and B2G (government institutions).

Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, training centers, and organizations.

Conduct canvassing, networking, and outreach to strengthen TRAIN Edu’s market presence.

Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Sales/Marketing/Business or related from reputable University.

3–5 yrs sales exp, incl. 2+ yrs in leadership.

Proven success managing teams & hitting targets.

Strong in sales systems, partnership dev., and canvassing.

Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.

Solid organizational, problem-solving & analytical skills.

Resilient in fast-paced, target-driven roles.

Willing to travel for visits & events.
