Requirements: Responsible for both floor and bar operations Knowledge in Coffee & Alcoholic drinks is beneficial but not compulsory Hire and train staff Keep track with daily restaurant sales and customer feedback and continuously improve the restaurant sales and performance Control the costs of the restaurant and bar expenses Organize marketing strategies with the Marketing team Fluent in verbal and written English Have sense of ownership and leadership Friendly, hardworking, honest

Requirements: Minimum 1 year in similar role Skilled in budget planning, forecasting & cost control Can make reports using basic Word, Excel, and Google sheets
