E Commerce Supervisor

Supervise daily operations across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Official Website).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless online business operations.

Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.

Manage online store activities including product listing, content updates, promotions, and pricing.

Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to maintain high order fulfillment rates.

Lead and train the e-commerce team to execute campaign, improve operational efficiency, and achieve KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers and external partners.

Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present recommendations for growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 3‑5 years of working experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.

Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

Analytical and data‑driven mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
