Project Sales (Interior)

About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Sales (Interior) professional to join our dynamic team. This full‑time role will be based in our office in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our Account and Relationship Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior design and fitout market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.

Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Collaborate closely with our interior design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business development initiatives.

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.

Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall sales strategy.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a project sales or account management role within the interior design or construction industry.

Strong understanding of the commercial interior design and fitout market, including project scoping, costing and procurement processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.

Tertiary qualification in interior design, architecture or a related field is highly desirable.
