Responsibilities
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Collaborate with the team to develop high‑quality documentation and training materials for onboarding new customers.
Be the go‑to person for answering basic customer questions and providing clear, helpful support.
Lead standard training sessions for small and medium‑sized enterprises, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
Manage batch operations for customers, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in written and spoken English to manage stakeholders in the APAC market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts and solutions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and client interactions effectively.
A team player with a customer‑first mindset, eager to learn and contribute to customer success initiatives.
