Job Description

Responsibilities Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to create a warm, supportive, and healing environment.

Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure patientsโ€™ needs and concerns are well understood and addressed.

Act as a bridge between patients and hospital administration, helping to resolve issues and enhance the overall experience.

Investigate feedback, complaints, and service delays with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely follow-up.

Educate healthcare professionals on ways to deliver more humanized, compassionate care.

Reach out to discharged patients to gather feedback and continuously improve service quality.

Provide personal guidance and emotional support to patients and families throughout their care journey.

Develop personalized care plans that align with each patientโ€™s unique needs.

Ensure compliance with hospital procedures, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.

Participate in ongoing training and initiatives that strengthen quality, safety, and patient satisfaction across the hospital.

Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree from any related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (patient relations, customer service in healthcare, or hospitality).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

A compassionate listener with the ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented.

Passionate about delivering excellent service and making a difference in peopleโ€™s lives.
