About the role CCI Computer is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Buyer to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. We are a leading cross‑border e‑commerce company dedicated to providing high‑quality consumer electronics to the Indonesian market. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our local procurement team and are looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage direct sourcing for multi‑category product portfolios, with a particular focus on consumer electronics.

What you'll be doing

Multi‑category Product Sourcing : Responsible for sourcing multi‑category product portfolios within Indonesia, with a focus on consumer electronics (e.g., mobile phones, accessories, headphones, smart home devices, etc.).

Supplier Management and Development : Identify, evaluate, and establish long‑term relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness, and on‑time delivery.

Market Research and Trend Analysis : Conduct in‑depth market analysis to track consumer trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand, adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.

Inventory Management : Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to optimize inventory management and restocking plans, ensuring timely product availability and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.

Negotiation and Cost Control : Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers to maintain cost control while ensuring product quality.

Process Improvement : Streamline and optimize the procurement process to ensure efficiency, reduce procurement cycles, and minimize costs.

Cross‑functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure alignment across sourcing, product promotion, inventory management, and financial reporting.

What we're looking for

Experience : At least 2+ years of experience in procurement or as a buyer, with a background in consumer electronics sourcing preferred; experience in managing multi‑category product portfolios is a plus.

Industry Background : Experience in procurement for local sales trade companies, supermarkets, or e‑commerce platforms in Indonesia is highly desirable.

Market Awareness : Strong ability to analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to adapt sourcing strategies.

Supplier Management : Ability to independently source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, with excellent negotiation skills.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, teams, and other departments effectively.

Language Skills : Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and international suppliers.
