TikTok Shop - GTL Logistics - Operations Manager - Indonesia Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise end-to-end hub operations in the Jabodetabek area (First mile & Last Mile operations)

Maintain and control manpower cost, courier supply, and COD process with accurate settlement reconciliation

Provide coaching and support to supervisors and hub leads to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

Achieve all KPIs related to customer service, cost, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency

Ensure local and regional strategy direction is consistent

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software

Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes

Must be willing to be placed in Sumatera / Jabodetabek / East Java

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions

Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
