Key Account Manager โ€“ EPC What will you do?

Serve as the primary company liaison in front of respective Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Company.

Meet target AOP (Annual Operating Plan).

Identify customer needs and animate demand generation to maximize companyโ€™s products and services contents.

Build relationships with key customers at senior levels and maintain good relationships through regular visits, feedback and review to ensure that customer satisfaction has been met.

Establish a strong relationship with BU Business Leaders and BU Business Managers to find, develop and close opportunities.

Build a strategic plan to improve client results by analyzing relevant data & monitoring business execution plan strategies, adapting the dynamic of sales.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Education: Engineering and/or Business degree.

Minimum 8++ years of experience in sales & account management.

National and international travel will be required.

Strong in key account management and opportunity management.

Ability to work in matrix organizations and multicultural environments.

Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge (macro drivers, significant trends, strategic direction) in client communication and dialog.

Ability to navigate a complex (matrix) organization and build a strong network.

Detailed business financial knowledge and experience within a technical or sales environment.

Strong personality to become a winner.

Strong contract negotiations and closing skills.

Existing network on Utility business is preferred.
