Business Development - Steel/Metal Industry

Responsibilities

Analyze steel market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities

Handle local and import sales operations efficiently

Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources

Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers

Ensure product quality control through regular inspections

Collaborate with the admin team to track shipments and resolve payment delays

Identify and engage with new customers, negotiating and securing deals

Requirements

Min. 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Must have experience doing sales in Manufacturing or Construction field

Preferred with sales experience in raw materials, if not experience in manufacturing industry or construction industry
