Jakarta Regional Office TECHNICAL SUPPORT Responsibilities To ensure that the audit will be conducted in accordance with ISO requirement Maintain and ensure for updated of Manual & Management System Procedure Responsible as Document controller Respond to or redirect incoming miscellaneous queries by whatever appropriate means, liaising at all levels within office and customer business base Maintain the implementation of Internal Audit, Management Review and Governing Board meeting Ensure that the performance of each auditor observe on-site periodically (witness audit of each auditor has done periodically) Liaison with auditors and sub contractor / expert auditor Maintain and ensure for updated of External Regulation Participate in workshop, training work, preliminary assessments, assessments, follow-up visits, surveillances and certificate renewals to contract and budget requirements.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor degree Good knowledge of Management System (QHSE) Preferably has a Lead Auditor Course Certificate for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Have a experience as a Trainer (MANDATORY) and have sufficient Skills to lead and conduct Training for Management System / Process Improvement / Leadership / HRD Have a experience as Management Represenative in Management System
