Requirements

At least 3 years of MEP experience (consultant or construction background) with good knowledge of MEP.

Good personality.

Good teamwork ability.

Willing to learn attitude.

Flexible working times, including weekends or holidays when needed.

Willing to involve in other building operation matters.

Preferences

Ability to communicate in English.

Experience in high rise buildings.

Experience as a Chief MEP in high rise buildings is much preferable.

Experience with MEP design works for office building, commercial facility and hotel.

Experience with construction management in electric power company or MEP sub-constructor.
