Production Staff (Medical Device)

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Staff (IVD Medical Device) to join our team at Standard Biosensor healthcare in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. This full‑time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and high‑quality production of our innovative in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical devices.

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure the consistent and precise manufacturing of IVD medical devices.

Perform quality control checks at various stages of the production process to maintain the highest standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed production records to support regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Participate in regular training to stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and best practices.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in IVD medical device manufacture.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow standard operating procedures.

Good problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Relevant technical or vocational qualifications in a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, or science).
