Recruitment Staff Japanese Speakers

Responsibilities

Recruit and source candidates for the Technical Intern Trainees Program in Japan.

Conduct translator interviews with users and candidates.

Coordinate program promotion via media and social networks.

Build and maintain relationships with partners (university, school, LPK, etc.).

Arrange and manage selection tests for candidates.

Improve candidate performance and provide support/consultation at the training center.

Follow up with technical interns in Japan through emails and calls.

Handle related tasks such as admin, data entry, MCU result checking, CV creation, etc.
