This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Client Account Manager. The Client Account Manager will oversee and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include communicating with clients regularly, understanding their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and managing the implementation of services. The role also involves monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to address client requirements effectively. Qualifications

Account management, relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage with clients effectively Follow up e-proc activity Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to deliver value and develop trust with clients Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions Project management and problem-solving skills for managing and implementing client deliverables Understanding of network solutions and Next Generation Network technologies is an advantage Proficiency in using CRM systems and related software Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in IT or client account management is a plus
