Job Description
The Head of Human Resources will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement for a leading organization specializing in restructuring. This role will require a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of human capital management and a passion for developing and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Human Resources Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Conduct workforce analysis and planning to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
Oversee the design and implementation of employee development programs and initiatives.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations activities, including performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Advise management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Organizational Development:
Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation.
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Talent Management:
Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain highโpotential employees.
Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Manage HRโrelated risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemโsolving skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in a restructuring or turnaround organization.
Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
