Project management in execution of defined tasks / development projects. This includes coordination with internal / external stakeholders on control tower functions, tracking initiatives and to overcome bottlenecks. Able to lead a team and drive solutions. Ability to evaluate commercial viability of a business / project / contract including dealing with external parties to finalize commercial deal / resolve issues Manage continuous improvement framework developed by GMO including implement process improvement or change management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Evaluate current trends, conduct market research and identify new market opportunities; analyse competitor activities; Ability to coordinate with various departments – Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, etc. to resolve issues, drive agreed solutions and timely implementation of tasks according to the business / project / contract requirements.
