As a Social Media Strategist, you will: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and adapt to platform changes. Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and voice. Approve and manage the social media calendar. Monitor performance and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize results. Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure success and inform future strategies. Oversee audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage crises or negative feedback. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain the brand's competitive edge. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role. Strong ability in strategic planning and execution of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc. Strong knowledge in analytics and performance tracking, content strategy, community, and crisis management. Have great leadership and collaboration skills. Preferably from the beauty industry with strong/proven ability to create content (individual or personal branding account). Seniority level
