Kokoon Hotel Surabaya, we are hiring! Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)

General Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or hotel management. A minimum 2-5 years with basic F&B Service experience. Ability to speak, read, and write the language used in the workplace. Proficiency in Ms. Office and Hospitality software. A proven track record of being able to lead a team and to multitask. Understanding of and compliance with hotel policies regulations and communicating these clearly to staff. Reporting on daily operations in timely manner.

Specific Requirements Able to set strategic plan goal for the company Able to set policy and procedure for F&B division Has good understanding about F&B and revenue management Able to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate Analytical and problem solving
