Learning and Development Senior Associate About the Role

The L&D team member is responsible for delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences to employees at all levels. This role focuses on the end-to-end learning experience for employees, from creating learning programs and budgeting to facilitating sessions and identifying learning needs aligned with organizational goals.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from planning and scheduling to communication and follow-up.

Facilitate learning sessions for employees across various levels and functions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure programs are relevant and effective.

Create interactive and engaging participation to maximize learning outcomes.

Evaluate training effectiveness (ROI) and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact and business processes.

Execute learning-related administration processes.

Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, and SMEs to deliver high-quality programs.

Develop new learning initiatives to enhance learning culture within the organization.

Plan and share strategic budgeting insights.

Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory learning requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.

4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training roles.

Proven experience designing and delivering training programs (virtual and in-person).

Experience using an LMS and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, Rise, Captivate) is a plus.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in leadership development or competency-based training.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable in supporting learning-related administration processes.
