Job Description

Analyze the needs for the dissemination of core values or corporate culture and other related activities to support the effective implementation of the company’s culture.

Develop strategic plans and programs for the dissemination and integration of corporate culture-UA compliance with company objectives.

Take full responsibility for managing, evaluating, and providing follow‑up actions for activities related to the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture.

Design and implement coaching and mentoring programs focused on corporate culture, and ensure proper monitoring of their execution.

Collaborate with relevant departments and units to facilitate the dissemination and monitor the implementation of the company’s Core Values and culture.
