Supervisor Development

Experience Hiring for Development for Manufacturing We are footwear manufacturer based on Majalengka Regency, West Java.

You will play a key part in leading and developing our production teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with HQ to implement New Model Footwear into Majalengka Plant.

Collaborate with the production management team to optimize workflows and processes for New Model.

Ensure all production activities run according with Standard from Buyer and HQ.

Act as a key point of contact for production teams, addressing any operational issues or concerns.

What we’re looking for

At least 3 or more years as Development Staff, or 1 or more years as Supervisor role in department handling Development (Manufacturing Engineer/PCC/Product Development).

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Proficient in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, engineering or a related field would be an advantage.
