As an
Operational Excellence Jr. Lead , you will be the architect behind how our kitchens operate at scale. You’ll turn complexity into simple, repeatable systems that enable speed, consistency, and operational excellence across all outlets. In this role, you won’t just improve processes—you’ll redesign how work gets done. You will bridge strategy and execution by ensuring every workflow, tool, and SOP is practical, scalable, and easy for teams on the ground to execute. From kitchen workflow design to operational trials and rollout, your work will directly shape how millions of meals are prepared every day.
What You'll Do
Design and continuously improve end-to-end kitchen workflows to increase speed, consistency, and ease of execution.
Simplify operations by defining clear kitchen standards, rules, and processes that reduce unnecessary complexity.
Lead the development and implementation of custom kitchen equipment and operational tools in collaboration with vendors.
Create, maintain, and govern operational SOPs that are simple, visual, and enforceable across outlets.
Act as the operational gatekeeper for new menu launches or process changes, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Plan and run internal tests, pilots, and operational trials; measure impact and drive successful rollouts.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop Operations Excellence team members through coaching and structured execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, R&D/Menu, Product, and Procurement teams to align execution.
Ensure operational standards are scalable and consistently implemented across multi-site operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operations improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
Experience in multi-site environments such as F&B, QSR, manufacturing, retail, or similar operational industries.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects or managing team members.
Strong process improvement and systems-thinking mindset.
Proven experience simplifying workflows and standardizing operations.
Hands-on and comfortable working directly in kitchen or field operations environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
High discipline in documentation, execution tracking, and operational follow-through.
