B2B Demand Generation Manager (Remote) The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving pipeline growth for Smile’s Enterprise Dental Cover through multi‑channel B2B acquisition, ABM, outbound messaging, and targeted campaign execution. This role is deeply hands‑on, performance‑driven, and central to establishing and scaling Div 5.

Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with partnerships, product, information technology, and testing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and user experience enhancements. Your contributions will directly influence Smile’s position as a market leader in healthcare accessibility and affordability.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation (Core)

Execute LinkedIn Ads, outreach, retargeting, email flows

Build and optimise ABM programs

Test multi‑channel acquisition tactics

Improve conversion from Lead → MQL → SQL

Report on pipeline performance and CAC/CPL trends

Outbound Prospecting

Conduct personalised outreach to HR/People & Culture leaders

Validate messaging, warm accounts

Support AU‑based outbound when/if hired

Sales Enablement

Provide messaging guidance, ICP insights

Collaborate on pitch decks, one‑pagers, ROI assets

Develop nurture flows for mid‑funnel acceleration

Channel & Partner Support

Assist with messaging for HR consultants, brokers, wellbeing advisers

Support co‑marketing activities

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Alignment

Work closely with Content, Product, and Leadership

Align demand gen activities with Enterprise GTM

Share insights on ICP behaviour and high‑performing messages

Key Performance Indicators

MQL volume and quality

SQL volume and conversion rate

Funnel velocity

ABM engagement

Outbound response

CPL, CAC trends

Pipeline‑generated and revenue‑influenced

Requirements Experience

3–6 years in B2B demand generation

Hands‑on execution across LinkedIn Ads, outreach, ABM, CRM

Experience generating enterprise pipeline

Skills

Data‑driven optimisation

Message testing & ICP understanding

Strong communication

CRM automation (scoring, workflows, routing)

Nice‑to‑have

Channel/partner experience

Exposure to HR/benefits/enterprise SaaS
