Sales Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in

South Jakarta . This role is responsible for promoting and selling construction and geosynthetic materials, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support related to our products and solutions. The ideal candidate has an educational background in Civil or Engineering and a proven track record in sales within the construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and geosynthetics market. • Promote and sell company products to contractors, consultants, and project owners. • Provide technical presentations and product recommendations based on project requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and regular sales reports. • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of

construction or geosynthetic materials . • Strong understanding of construction materials, soil stabilization, drainage, and geotechnical applications. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. • Willing to travel for client visits and project assignments outside the city. • Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia. •
