HC Supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR/HC, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.

Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

Proficiency in HRIS/HR systems and ability to generate reports and analyze HR data.

Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance to ensure company policies align with regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, guide, and handle employee issues effectively.
