Hiring for a Sales Position in the Tourism Department

Work Format and Conditions

99% of the work is done via chat; occasional phone calls with clients may be required. Conversational English is not required—the key is strong written communication (you can use GPT, no need for academic‑level English).

Work Schedule

8 hours per day, flexible hours. Night shifts are possible (e.g., 9 PM to 5 AM), but only if agreed upon and comfortable for the candidate. Work format: 5/2 or 2/2 schedule.

Work Location

Full‑time, office‑based position (Ubud). Remote work is possible at the start until office construction is completed.

Salary

Up to 5–6 million IDR + bonuses (with bonuses, it is realistic to earn up to 10 million IDR).

Requirements

Ability to work in a high‑intensity environment with a constant flow of tasks. Experience in tourism (tour operators) or companies with a high volume of requests (airlines, tech support, etc.) is a plus.
