Qualifications

At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering/computer management/information technology/information systems/informatics engineering.

A minimum of 8 (eight) years of experience in the field of design and implementation of large‑scale systems (including national identity systems and/or other identity systems).

A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in providing consulting services or technical advice for National Digital Identity.

Experience of at least 2 (two) projects in identity verification methods, including biometrics, document verification, facial recognition, and multi‑modal biometric recognition.
