About this Position We are hiring a Technical Audit & Inventory Hub Supervisor to lead inventory audits, monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support field teams across multiple hubs. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, hands‑on inventory audit experience (retail preferred), and proficiency in Excel and WMS/ERP. Responsibilities

Manage inventory audit activities across hub locations, including Daily Cycle Count (DCC), Wall‑to‑Wall audits, Lost validations, stock take, and other inventory audit routines.

Oversee daily audit schedules, ensure timely execution, and verify the accuracy of audit findings.

Monitor and validate inventory movements, system adjustments, and reconciliation processes.

Investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with Hubs teams.

Prepare and submit daily and monthly audit reports with insights and recommendations for process improvement and loss prevention.

Supervise and provide on‑the‑ground guidance and support to field staff (blue collar workers).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an inventory auditor, with hands‑on involvement in stock take and cycle count activities.

Prior experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of warehouse and store operations, inventory flow, and audit control points.

Able to work on‑site across multiple warehouse and hub (depends on location) within Jabodetabek.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong skills in data analysis.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
