Job Description

Support the Compliance Strategy and Governance Head to facilitate effective and optimal execution within the Division. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation. Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and action plans for successful business transformation process. Coordinate and manage transformation process, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and create project plans. Communicate project objectives and expectations to team members and stakeholders within Compliance Function. Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables. Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues. Provide periodic report related to updates on AFC uplift.
