Job Description
Main responsibility :
Build in-depth market and consumer understanding mainly for beverage & dairy segments.
Drive collaboration with internal innovation and application team, building strong storytelling, concepts deeply rooted with consumer insights data.
Research new sources of trend information and analyse new product launch information to understand consumer preferences and trends
Collaborate with principals to secure marketingโrelated project support and manage inventory to ensure readiness for customer initiatives and campaign execution
Manage profitability through portfolio optimization, pricing insights, and strategic alignment with customer and market opportunities
Customer presentations/workshops/events: Define and build inspirational and impactful customer presentations, organize workshops and inspirational events translating into customer brand implications and/or business opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree from Food Technology
Creativity and Passion for foods & beverage with strong interest in consumers, products, brands and concept
10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG or flavor / food ingredients industry
Ability to extract insights from market potentials & size data to generate compelling reports.
Market product acumen & branding understanding to articulate value proposition.
Strong presentation and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate value positioning of Indesso products.
Graphic Skills preferred for compelling visual presentations (proficient in operating Powerpoints/ Canva / Adobe/ Excel)
Proven ability to work independently and in a team, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment.
Placement in Head Office, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta
