Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech startup. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). In-depth understanding of HR practices. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
