MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To assist National Sales Manager in leading and supervising the PMRs under his/her responsibility to ensure good coverage of our customers, medical professionals, and outlets needs and to make sure of the sales Achievement in his/her area responsibility, through implementing the marketing plan, ensuring excellent customer services and providing feedback to management.
Main Responsibilities
Ensuring the PMRs under his/her supervision to achieve the agreed sales and activities target and managing / controlling the ROI of the activities
Guide, Coach and Coordinate with NSM, SFE, Training dept and/or marketing dept to train his/her PMRs to improve their work quality in covering and servicing the customers to achieve the sales budget
Establish good rapport and cooperation with Top Key Opinion Leaders and Major Prescribers in his/her area of responsibility
Building good cooperation with Distributors to improve products availability in Distributors Branch and outlets level
Coordinating and ensuring the regularity and quality of the PMR’s report to meet high standard quality, and regularly translate them into a high-quality monthly report to management through NSM & HOS
Ensuring the good flow communication and reporting from PMR to management and via versa
Qualifications
Minimum a University graduate in Medical, Pharmacy, Management, or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years' experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, or excellent performance as Abbott’s PMR in achieving sales budget, managing territories and coordination with peers.
Ability to influence team members
Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics
Strong solution selling and relationship building skills
Strong communication skills - fluency in local language Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues and good portfolio management skills
Excellent product and industry knowledge
