Responsibilities Manage and optimize the performance of the bank's digital channels, including website, mobile app, and online banking platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the user experience and customer journey Analyze customer behavior and feedback to develop data-driven strategies for enhancing digital channel engagement and conversion Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital channel usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital channel management and customer experience Contribute to the development and execution of the bank's overall digital strategy

Requirements Have experience in digital channel management, customer experience, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
